FIGHT DERBY week end room available in Las Vegas, Nevada For Sale

Cant get a room for fight / derby weekend?
I have a pair of rooms close to half off going rate for Friday and Saturday May 1st and 2d for the weekend of the Pacquiao / Mayweather fight and Kentucky Derby.
I have already looked for additional rooms and they are booked up or are stupid rates for a few suites, go ahead and look, you already will find nothing better.
These require an advance non refundable cash deposit for half of the rate, legit. seller, no scam, but if you are not OK with that then don't reply. (refunds or discounts only offered if the fight does not go)
These require a valid picture ID and a major credit/debit card and you have to post the $100 security deposit with the hotel at check in that is refunded by it at check out (it may be less); if you are not OK with that then don't reply.
I require cash payment for the balance at check in. I have a room at a 4 star casino resort about 4 miles close to the strip for $550 (w/shuttle service to th strip), an $xxxx value and one about 40 minutes out of Vegas 3 stars for $250, a $550 value both are 2 queens non smoking. Like most places, one is sold out and the other is asking $550 for 2 nights. (The 2 queen bed option is not guaranteed until check in)
BREAKING Mon 4/27 > I just had a room rate open up for FRIDAY ONLY, you would get to come for but then go home after the fight 3.5 stars on the strip $200 or off strip suite $250, both include resort fee, your savings about $80, sorry I can't do better but this close to the fight no one can.
Not interested in trades. You should want to meet me to check in Friday as early as possible like 2 or 3 so you get a better room choice and NO LATER than 9 p.m. or I will consider you a no show.
