surefire m500 m4 forend light in Las Vegas, Nevada For Sale

I have my used surefire m500 integrated forend light for ar15 with m4 handguards. It had the Cree led upgrade from tnvc and white nav lights. It has some scratches on the bezel but is in great shape otherwise and works 100 percent. Will include a fresh set of batteries. $300 or open to firearms and related item trades.
