"re: Blowout Sale & BBQ at Wild West Guns" in Las Vegas, Nevada For Sale

Just wanted to post my $.02 regarding this event I was looking forward to attending and purchasing from! What Happened to Greeting & helping the customer, or simply acknowledging them??? THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN CUSTOMER SERVCE, it keep them coming back, knowing there respected and appreciated! I drove all the way out there to Trop & Valley View from the Northwest(ann & 95) with my two daughters(14 & 10), we arrived at 11 a.m., it was set up very well, plenty of room, sufficient employees conversing amongst each other, grill going etc..., just in front of the upcoming crowd I was assuming. We were there about 15 min. looking around at the inventory, checking out the decor and such and NOT ONE person/employee offered greetings or an I'll be right with you, which with either you should ALWAYS have time for when customer(s) are involved, so I took my children & left without purchasing a firearm as I was intenting to do!?!?!? Wild West Guns, I expected a little more from you, judging from my prior purchases(pre Vegas store) and from AA Forum communication, it's not what I expected at all, and unfortunately it cost you a sale today. HEY KEN??????
