The first civilian-legal form of our 805 Bren is the PS1 Pistol, equipped with an 11? barrel in .223/5.56. Equipped with the STANAG magazines used in AR-15s. The rear end has a multipurpose mounting point. Nearly the entire top length had a Picatinny rail, and the front half of the bottom side as well.
The ATF has officially classified the CZ 805 Bren PS1 Pistol as a pistol and intends it to be used as such.
