2 - Colt Detective Special 3rd issue 38 special six shots one more than the S&W snubbies. Serial #152XXM places production to xxxx. Original manual with exploded diagram in great shape. This gun was owned by my dad, shot very little and has sat in a safe for the majority of its life. No turnline on the cylinder. Timing and lockup are perfect as the gun looks to be about new. Bore and cylinders are perfect. A collector condition Colt Detective Special 3rd issue that continues to increase in value over the past few years.
The Colt Detective Special was is an American carbon steel framed double-action/single action short-barreled revolver first produced in xxxx as a shortened version of the Police Positive Special handgun. As the name "Detective Special" suggests, this model revolver was used as a concealed weapon by plainclothes police detectives. Introduced in xxxx, the Detective Special was one of the first short-barreled revolvers produced with a modern swing-out frame. It was designed from the outset to be chambered for higher-powered cartridges such as the .38 Special, considered to be a powerful caliber for a concealable pocket revolver of the day. It was designed for ease of carry and concealment. It is a classic-style, swing out cylinder, double action compact revolver with fixed blade front sight and notch-style rear sights and full length ejector rod.

3 - Webley MK IV .45 ACP w/6 Inch barrel.
This very nice Webley was originally chambered in .455 Webley but was modified at some point in its life (as so many were) to accept .45 ACP on moon clips or .45 Auto Rim without clips. I will include two full moon clips. This gun has tons of proof marks. One of them is '16, which I assume is either the date of manufacture or date of acceptance (xxxx). The bore is clean with no pitting, frosting or rough spots. Action works perfectly. Finish shows aging, but no rust or pitting. This gun really is in awesome shape for being almost 100 years old.
