FFL Transfers in Las Vegas, Nevada For Sale

I do the transfers for people with a CCW permit almost exclusively....
All transfer agents are supposed to be collecting sales tax unless one of the conditions below are met. non permit holders (CFP or CCW) Brady Bill background check $50.00.
Exemptions to Sales Tax collection:
1. Private sale (sells less than 3 guns per year) "occasional seller"
2. Gift- no charge i.e. Glock gives out guns for winners in their GSSF shoots.
3. Already paid sales tax in the selling state location.(noted on ....invoice).
4. Gun repairs.
5. Gun trades or exchanges.
6. Return of item back from pawn.
Just make sure your invoice(#3) reflects the above information so you'll avoid paying
