Colt Gold Cup National Match 70 series LNIB- pics added in Las Vegas, Nevada For Sale

I want to address the "write-over" on the box. I have had the box itself verified as a legit Colt GCNM box.(not fake/reproduction). Its obvious that the serial number area has been written over, which is not uncommon as the writing does fade over time. At the correct angle you can see the original writing underneath. I can't show this in the pics, but in person it can be seen.
Anyway, on to the gun. I am not the original owner so I can't say its never been fired, but it looks brand new. The ONLY thing to note on the gun is a very very very light "idiot" scratch under the takedown lever. Thats it... everything else leads me to believe the gun is new. Check it out for yourself.
Blue book on the gun is $xxxx without a box and climbed quite a bit from last year. These are only getting more expensive.
I added 2 more pics showing the end of the barrel with the slide locked open. You can see the bluing is still like new. I also added the breach area of the muzzle to see the National Match markings
I tried to get a good pic of the idiot scratch, but its too light for me to photograph.
