This is a complete upper with a BCM mil-spec bolt carrier group. However, there is no charging handle and no flash hider. A2 flash hider on a short barrel rifle isn't all that great anyways!
Cosmetically its in great shape, a couple of very small dings and the barrel has maybe 300 rounds through it.
The upper sells for $618 and the colt carrier group is $169. If you bought this on their website you would be paying $801.90 with shipping to Las Vegas.
