Job Description
The Sampler Support Agent takes pride in marketing a quality product with a leader in the vacation ownership industry. The Agent introduces the “Sampler package” as a purchase option, including details and benefits of the program which allows potential buyers to experience vacation ownership prior to becoming an owner via telephone. The Agent also prepares the documentation necessary to facilitate the sale.
Detailed Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell non-purchasers on our Sampler trial package by explaining to them how it works and what they receive.
Present the sales information according to training specifications and direction of management.
Use approved sales presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
Present appropriate pricing and options in accordance with specified guidelines.
Ask the guest to purchase according to training specifications and direction of management.
Qualify each Sampler package before making a reservation for fulfillment.
Close and solidify the sale.
Follow all approved sales closing procedures.
Complete all appropriate new trial program documentation as required.
Process credit applications, financing options and other sales-related duties.
Service inbound and place outbound telephone calls.
Take inbound calls to activate & book reservations from guests who have purchased a Sampler vacation.
Must be able to speak with resorts for any special circumstances related to inbound Sampler guests.
Contact Sampler vacation owners, encouraging them to travel.
Effectively manage assigned leads.
Achieve established sales goals within established timeframes; establishes commitment to goals, self and the Company.
Adhere to all established sales and corporate policies & procedures.
Adhere to company and federal guidelines as they relate to the Do Not Call List.
Maintain the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
Consistently apply training received on computer programs including, but not limited to, Atlas and Kronos.
Must maintain performance standards as directed.
Ensure compliance of timekeeping, including clocking in & out procedures and attendance.
Ensure confidentiality in all facets of the job.
Act as a concierge for each resort.
Assist in other clerical and analytical tasks as assigned.
Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
Operate office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
One (1) year experience in telephone sales and/or vacation ownership/timeshare sales.
Basic computer skills.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Must be able to obtain a Timeshare Representative License.
