Job Description
We are looking for someone that has at least 1 year mortgage experience, be able to pass a background check, licensed loan officer with the NMLS is required. Job requires at least 30 hours a week.Will be assisting senior loan processor with:
Processing FHA, VA ,USDA and Conventional loans.
Obtain order-out items.
Clearing UW conditions.
Daily problem-solving and trouble-shooting.
Keep current on FHA/VA/USDA/Conventional loan program changes.
