I am a 30 year old female looking for a roommate to rent out the second bedroom. I am looking for a female roommate of similar age & stable employment to share the rent, who keeps things relatively clean and quiet. You must enjoy dogs, as I have one very friendly dog. I work 8-5, stay active with yoga and biking, and like to cook at home most nights. I also travel quite a bit (anywhere from 4-10 days a month) for work. Amenities of the house include lots of storage space, hardwood floors, fenced backyard, deck, screened-in porch, BBQ, dishwasher, shared washer & dryer, security system, central heat & air. The room itself is good-sized, large closet with extra storage, and a fan. Rent is all-inclusive: all utilities, glass & regular recycling, house essentials.
