We are Las Vegas Apartments Corporation. We develop affordable luxury apartment buildings in the downtown Las Vegas redevelopment district. All of our properties are class A properties and all of the apartment units have white Italian marble-tile floors and showers, high grade granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, glass hood vent, stainless sinks and fixtures, new appliances, European frosted glass bathroom vanities, frosted glass doors and each unit has central heating and cooling with digital thermostat. The courtyard will be lush green with a canary palm tree and tropical landscaping as well as a park-style bench with BBQ for all tenants to use. We emphasize on a park-style tropical atmosphere to make for a serene and pleasant atmosphere. Each unit will have 1 covered garage space and each tenant will get 1 garage door opener. All properties have a 7 foot iron fence all around with electronic key less and touch pad entry as well video cameras all over the property running 24-7. We are well known in downtown Las Vegas for developing the absolute nicest properties while keeping the rents low and affordable.
The longer the lease, the cheaper the rent. We offer 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 year leases. Studios range from $700-$750. Studios includes ALL utilities (Water, Power, Gas, Trash, Cable and Internet). One Bedrooms range from $800-$900. Two Bedrooms range from $900-$1,000. Both One and Two bedroom units include Water, Trash, Cable and Internet. Tenant pays for power. First floor units have small private backyard-patios good for dogs, BBQ or storage and will cost $50 more per month. We do give discounts and move in specials for military, all downtown Las Vegas employees, Zappos employees and city government employees.
Some properties include all utilities (Water, Power, Gas, Trash, Premium Cable and High Speed Internet) and some properties include everything except power. Depends on the property. We check your credit, it costs $40. We don't care about bad credit but we do look for evictions and criminal background. You must have a job or income we can verify.
