ABOUT THE ROOM *$425 per month; $200 deposit or $460 per month rent for 6 months. *Utilities included. *No lease; month-to-month agreement. *Room comes furnished/unfurnished depending on your preference. *Includes full bed, dresser and night stand. *You will share your bath with occasional overnight guests. *Wi-Fi; local TV channels, Roku streaming service available with access to hundreds of on-demand movies and TV shows from Netflix, Amazon Prime and other channels. Plus commercial-free music through Pandora. *Washer and dryer in sunny laundry room upstairs (save you the hassle of hauling laundry up and down the stairs). *Smoke-free, drug-free home.
