It is a 3 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom house in a gated community with backyard. The house is completely furnished. I am only looking for 1 roommate who will get 1 full bedroom and ¾ of another for storage, office, etc. There are already 2 dressers available and a bed. The rent is $600 a month and a security deposit to the owner of $350. Utilities are split monthly. Gas, electric, and basic cable usually average $150-300 total a month depending on the time of year. So total usually averages around $700-750 for rent and utilities. For example: the electric bill for February was $58. As for me, I work surveillance at a major strip casino and I'm a state firearms instructor for the Nevada Private Investigators Board.
