My lease is up in the 1 bedroom I have lived in for a year. I would like to find a place with a room mate or find a nice room to live in. I am quiet and clean and drama free. Live and let live is a motto to live by. I pay my bills on time and am respectful of others. I have no issues with pets, rather quite enjoy them but living alone in an apartment is not a great environment for having a pet. Other than that I feel I would be an excellent room mate.
