I am looking for a roommate to help with expenses. I make enough money to support myself, but I am tired of having no fun money left over. I have lived in this house for about 7 years now, and I rent from a friend of mine. I am looking for someone quiet - no drugs, smoking, or pets. I have an elderly cat (she will leave you alone) and she doesn't take well to other animals. I work for the school district, and am gone Monday-Friday from about 7:30 am to 5 pm. I am not looking for a partier - I am a quiet person and tend to keep to myself. I am not looking for a roommate who wants to have overnight guests. $500 includes a bedroom, bathroom (this will be your bathroom but I would love it if you'll let me use the bathtub every once in a while - my bathroom doesn't have a tub), half the garage, and I'm sure we can work out storage if you have some things to store. You'll have access to the kitchen and living room, as well. I do have a spare bed if you need one. The rent will also include all utilities, but please know that I do not have cable, so if you want cable you'll have to pay for it yourself. I am looking to start out with a shorter term (3 or 6 month) lease, and if we get along we can go from there. Please let me know if you have any questions.
