Hi I am Tami, I am 56, and live in a very nice 55+ Community. Don't worry I cover that requirement. Its a gated community with many amenities. Free billiards room, free library, in creditable work out room, heated pool and sauna and a laundry room. BBQ areas and dog park. They also have bingo once a week and bingo twice a week. The place is beautiful, and quite! This is not a bad area and I am right off the bus line and close to shopping and dinning.
It is a very large 2 bedroom and 2 bath so it would be just you and I. The rent is 450.00 a month with a 50.00 non refundable deposit for keys, cleaning, back ground check. If you want to rent by the week it is 125.00 a week with a 100.00 non refundable deposit. These prices can be negotiated for the right renter. Your rent includes everything. There is WiFi here, and antenna tv, that gives us like 50 local channels. There is a washer and dryer here and you are welcomed to use it once a week for one medium size load. Anything else you will need to use the laundry room here. 1.50 wash and .75 dry.
The room is very large and comes furnished. You will have your own bathroom. You will need to keep your bathroom clean as it will be the one our guest use. You will need to provide all your own food and condiments. TP, bathroom stuff and if you have your own linens that would be great. If not I do have some for you to use.
There is no over night guests. And if you do have someone over they have to be gone by 10pm. After 10pm its quite time here so everyone can get their rest. Also no guest before 9am unless they are a ride to work, doctor, shopping.
This room is available for just one room mate, not two, and no moving anyone in. You will be asked to move. NO DRAMA ! NO drugs, No 420, NO drinking and NO parties. Please do your socializing outside the home. I do smoke cigarettes in the home, and don't mind if you do too, no smoking in the bedrooms. I do smoke outside weather permitting.
This will be your home as well as mine, please clean up after yourself, No leaving dirty dishes in the sink over night. If you cook, please remember that cleaning off the stove and counters is apart of cleaning up your mess. Please mark all your food, and use only your food. Please pitch in for coffee, creamer and sweetener, should you drink coffee. Please pitch in some paper towels and dish soap once in a while. Your bathroom is your responsibly and all that is needed in there. As well as the things you will need to do laundry.
I am disabled but take care of myself. I am a homebody and don't go out much. I don't care rather u work or not as long as you have proof of income and picture ID.
I do welcome a dog, as in 1 dog. It can not weigh more then 25 pounds and can not be an aggressive breed. Those are rules by my community, and I abide by them. I do have a very small poodle type dog. She is people and pet friendly and your dog needs to be also. I do not charge pet rent, nor a pet deposit. But if your dog destroys my home, you will be required to pay immediately for the damage. Your dog must be house broken, no potty pads. Must not bark, while you are here or out. I understand barking when there is a knock on the door or a strange noise, nothing beyond that. You MUST pick up after your pet immediately ! There is tons of pet stations here in the community and I will make sure there are potty bags right by the door. The yard is not fenced so you will have to go out with your pet on a leash, like I do. Your pet must be with you at all times you are home, and crated while you are out. I hope that things change and your dog will be able to roam the house while you are out. That is something that we will have to work on. I do not have to time walk your dog or watch your dog, I am sorry, its not included in the rent. NO CATS !!! I am allergic.
This room and private bathroom is available on Feb 14th xxxx. My room mate is relocating and will be gone by then. If you need something around the first, maybe we can work out something with the couch. We can talk about it. xxxxxxxx29
