Job Description:
Top Mega Agent Business seeks a dynamic right hand to help run the business and handle the transaction coordination for the team. This person must be a bright, fast:learner with impeccable ethics and a strong sense of teamwork. They must have leadership ability and strong customer service skills. Prior real estate experience and a current Nevada r/e license IS A MUST. Transaction and/or escrow experience is required. The successful candidate will be flexible, highly systematic, detailed person with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. This individual will coordinate transactions for the team, working with clients and other team members. Must have exceptional computer skills, outstanding communication skills, REO and Short Sale experience is helpful.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare listing documents
-Drive Transaction Milestones (Enter listings in MLS, initiate closing/title process, follow up on loan application/approval, coordinate inspections, advise on repairs, schedule closing, etc. . .)
-Short Sale negotiations
-Working closely with top agent to drive companys goals and brainstorming
-Hiring and training
-Maintain contract files in paperless system
-Inventory signs/lock boxes
-Lead tracking and database management
-Create marketing strategies and manage marketing of properties
-Monthly mailers and internet marketing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Nevada Real Estate License
- Minimum 1 year Transaction Coordination experience
- Minimum 3 years Administrative experience
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Technology Skills: MLS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Knowledge and ability to manage various website including social media websites.
