Job Description:
Our Client has retained us to identify top producing sales and business development people to sell their loan origination system, which is used by lenders to manage retail and wholesale lending channels. This technology enables lenders to satisfy their obligations with the CFPB's Integrated Mortgage Disclosures rule while supporting both retail and wholesale channels and helps lenders electronically capture, process, underwrite and close loans.
Account Executive Job Responsibilities: To identify, target, develop and retain customers who can direct title business. Building relationships with agents, lenders, builders, etc. that lead to title orders. Be responsive to all customer inquiries in a professional and proactive manner. Follow up with customers on all open and closed title order. Coordinate the delivery of products such as property profiles, farms, labels, title commitments and documents. Deliver individual and group presentations. Work in tangent with the closing and title teams internally to provide high levels of service to the customer.
Job Requirements:
Basic understanding of title insurance industry and a minimum of 2 years outside Title sales experience required. Title Marketing Representative Certification required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal). Understanding of basic computer programs. The ability to track business and meet monthly sales goals established by executive team leader. The ability to anticipate and solve problems. Must possess a strong desire to meet/exceed goals. Must have high level of organization and strong attention to detail. Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures. Able to effectively present information one:on:one and in group settings to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
