Undertake miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned by managementJob RequirementsPreferred QualificationsMinimum 5 years of mortgage appraisal experience.Prior field experience performing residential property appraisals. Current licensing or certification to perform residential appraisals. Multi-state license is a plus. Functional Knowledge of Appraisal Independence Requirements & functional understanding of USPAP regulations. Knowledge of and proficiency in utilizing the most up to date on-line resources to perform property valuations. Functional knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations as they relate to appraisals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Leadership and management skills.
