As a Leasing Specialist for our company, you'll market our Las Vegas homes and strive for high occupancy of satisfied residents. Specifically, the successful candidate will be familiar with the Las Vegas, NV area and surrounding cities.We're looking for people who are dynamic, energetic, and goal oriented, able to self-generate leads as well as follow up on leads provided by our Inside Sales team. Applicable experience may include mortgage banking, insurance sales, Section 8 housing, multi-family leasing and commercial leasing. We are a leader in the emerging REO to rental industry - a next-generation real estate investment company that is creating extensive business process leveraged by sophisticated software systems to redefine single-family rental housing. We're growing rapidly and Las Vegas is our next target market. As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be marketing the company's lease programs and homes by organizing multiple open house events along with scheduling daily properties for showing. You'll generate leads through your own marketing efforts and also be provided leads by our Inside Sales Agents. The bulk of your day will consist of scheduling meetings with potential applicants, marketing homes for lease, showcasing multiple properties daily, and handling contractual negotiations and lease signings to get the properties occupied in a timely manner. Successful sales experience is a must, along with high school diploma or GED equivalent. Real Estate and Property Management leasing experience is a plus, as is Spanish fluency. Must be comfortable working from a mobile or home office environment. A Nevada Real Estate license will be required for this position and we will facilitate this, for the right candidate.
