Real estate paralegal need for in house legal department of expanding company that has a proven track record in the industry. Real Estate Paralegal will assist team on the purchase of single family homes in bulks sales, a foreclosure, REO's and traditional broker deals. Will assist with closing documents to ensure they are accurate and meet guidelines. Will have exposure to defective deeds and title. Will audit files and ensure loan compliance. Work with lawyers, real estate agents and brokers on pending purchase agreements. Real Estate paralegal will also assist with providing documentation on short sales and REOs, and will coordinate with the Leasing Department on evictions and foreclosures to ensure legal compliance.
Must be a Certified Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
Must have hands-on residential real estate closing experience, an in-depth understanding of the closing process, deed and title work experience and experience with evictions and residential foreclosures.
