We currently have the following position available:
Responsibilities:
: Supervise maintenance staff. Develops, counsels, motivates and resolves associate relations issues and conducts performance appraisals and monitors performance of maintenance associates.
: Maintains efficiency and safety of all equipment. Monitors the daily operation and directs action as required.
: Coordinates daily maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoots equipment and does preventative maintenance.
: Coordinates with the managers and supervisors to establish priorities and schedules the workload to satisfy production needs.
: Coordinates with local contractors and vendors for equipment and services as required.
: Orders parts and equipment and obtains services for repairs and maintenance of the facilitys equipment.
: Completes reports and records and performs other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
: Minimum of 4:6 years in the maintenance field with experience in supervising mechanics.
: High School diploma pus 3:5 years of conveyor systems and power equipment experience.
: 2 years supervisory experience. 2 years of formal education desired in related field.
: Must have general knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, water systems, building repairs and housekeeping procedures.
: Strong knowledge of building codes, trade standards and general practices within the maintenance field.
: Strong knowledge of electricity, mechanical, construction, plumbing and HVAC.
: Strong Communication, organizational, and negotiating skills.
: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast:paced environment.
