The job of HRIS Coordinator is to perform various administrative duties to support the HRIS team with specific responsibility in maintaining Team Member files, entry of personnel actions in the HR information system, and auditing entries to ensure data integrity within the system. :Key Responsibilities
:Maintains electronic documents in the Team Member imaging system.
:Prepare and process paper documents to be scanned and indexed in the Team Member imaging system.
:Assists with audit responsibilities, including auditing entries and executing audit queries to ensure HR data integrity. This includes gaming registrations, various work cards and licenses, I:9s and personnel changes.
:Processes and prepares personnel forms as necessary on new and terminating employees, and ensuring that employees have appropriate credentials, licenses, examinations, etc.
:Process personnel changes in the HR information system.
:Assists in the daily monitoring of required work cards and licenses to ensure active compliance with position requirements and state regulations.
:Assists with other duties and projects as assigned.
:Adheres to confidentiality policies within Human Resources, and ensures HR database is accurate and secure.
:Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job

:Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
:High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
:1 year previous clerical experience and be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
:Previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
:Must demonstrate exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
:Ability to organize, follow verbal and written directions and checklists, follow through assigned tasks, and complete forms.
:Knowledge of HRIS including payroll systems and applicable HR/payroll processes.
:Knowledge of effective office management practices and records management techniques.
:Ability to maintain confidentiality, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships adapting to changing priorities and working with frequent interruptions is required.
:Effective use of oral and written communication skills. 13;

:Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
:Ability to move about the office/property, maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard an operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine, etc., withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods and withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction
