In an effort to help ensure the success of all new team members we are have created a new role within the organization for a Corporate Trainer. In this role you will lead the charge for the design and development of training programs for our Professional Services Team. You will work closely in collaboration with department heads to create and maintain effective learning solutions to improve individual and organizational performance and quality standards. You will incorporate interactive materials for a variety of delivery systems, facilitate live and online training programs including new hire, peer and need:specific training. Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to identify characteristics and key skill sets necessary to function at top proficiency in assigned roles.Collaborate with managers, supervisors and staff to gain knowledge of work areas and topics requiring training and develop curriculum requirements and program designs that support organizational needs and objectives.Develop and maintain interactive learning solutions that drive measurable business results and ensure that those solutions are instructionally sound and adhere to quality standards.Conduct comprehensive analysis to determine need, project scope and best training methodology to ensure that training fulfills the needs and objectives of the organization.Design and develop training materials using various learning theories that includes facilitator and participant guides, tutorials, demonstration models, study and reference materials, job aids, and on:the:job training systems.Assist with design and development of department specific training for new hires.Maintain employee training records.Maintain training guides to ensure instructional integrity of all training materials.Monitor the delivery of curriculum that ensures our staffs ability to meet and exceed the evolving expectations of our clients.Work to assist leadership and departments in identifying areas of improvementCommunicate with Management as needed to maximize efficiencies and resolve issues.Other duties assigned.Job requirements: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage learners throughout trainings and learning opportunities.Ability to design, develop and deliver functional skills training aligned with business goals and initiatives.Ability to recognize performance improvement opportunities and gaps and clearly identify and articulate options and tools available to help drive desired behavior.Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, employee progression theory, various delivery methods.Knowledge of learning evaluation models to measure the performance and effectiveness of learning interventions.Ability to interpret a variety of documents such as technical data, operating instructions, and policy/procedure manuals.Ability to solve practical problems.Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees and speak
