Position Responsibilities:
Provide test and analysis services to the JEPAC Director to conduct T and E planning, test execution, data analysis, and project management activities. .
Development of test planning and analysis documentation
Advance DoD EW capabilities by conducting T and E activities to develop and refine EW TTP and Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
Basic Qualifications:
Five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience with:
o Test and Evaluation (T and E) electronic warfare responsible for development of assessment plans, data analysis, and report writing as it applies to electronic warfare systems for land, air, sea, and space
o Performing electronics T and E engineering work involved in electronic warfare and the application of advanced theories, concepts, principles, and processes
o Conducting research on EMS issues, obtaining relevant DoD documents, conducting studies, analyzing options and developing required documentation to effectively and efficiently carry out mission requirements
o Must be knowledgeable of electronic Engineering concepts, principles, and practices as it applies to Electronic Warfare, T and E methods and techniques, test planning, operation research and systems analysis, and an understanding of multi:Service and Joint TTPs to address the focus areas
o Obtaining current information on rapidly evolving EW and cyber threats, assessing information for impact, and incorporating changes in assessment plans
o Planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting of assessments over the full spectrum of LVC environment
o Assisting in development and production of strategies to mitigate gaps and vulnerabilities of identified Joint EMS operations capabilities
o Assisting in transition of mitigation strategies to CCMDs, Services, and other Defense Agencies
o Assisting in data and information management
o Performing scientific work requiring the design, development, and adaptation of mathematical statistical, econometric, and other scientific methods and techniques
Security Clearance:
DoD TOP SECRET/SCI and SAP/SAR is required.
