2 (two) Sofa & Love seats for sale. Broyhill and Italian Black Leather - Excellent condition in Las Vegas, Nevada For Sale

I have 2 sofaloveseat sets for sale.
1. Red fabric set made by Broyhill. Pieces are in excellent shape and were not used at all hardly.
2. Black Leather set with ottoman. 2 of the 3 seats on the main sofa have integrated recliners. The ottoman has a small storage space under the top cover.
Both these sets come from a high end condo that is always kept clean. I need both these sets gone before we have our Christmas party next week.
