My company Thaddeous Capital Inc. is seeking to raise 150k for a period of 6 months .
The purpose of the financing is to pay the underwriting cost for our financing , Several weeks ago we engaged Temple Financial out the Turks and Caicos Island to raise 40 million dollars for our Private Equity firm , thus far Temple Financial has agreed to do the funding , which is to provide the collateral to back the project , the collateral will consist of 100 million dollars in stock backed by Senior life settlement policies along with an general insurance policy . We have already scheduled to meet with Temple Financial on February 3rd in the Turks and Caicos Islands , what we are getting is a 80 page perspectus and if we agree to the deal access to Hedgefunds, Banks and Institutional Investors , that will take the structured deal . the cost are 37,500 for the intitial underwriting , another 37,500 once the documents are delivered , the rest of the fee will be collected at the closing when the deal is funded . what I can offer to you or your Investor is a return of intital capital of 500k in six months .
