Seeking a 3.7 million dollar investment in Las Vegas, Nevada For Sale

I am seeking to raise at least 3.7 million dollars for my company , which was started in xxxx , my company is a private equity/buyout fund .
USE OF FUNDS
150K To be used to underwrite a 5 billion dollar convertible bond .
350k to purchase a student loan consolidation business .
200k for office rental for at least two years ( Regus ) downtown Philadelphia
400k for underwriting for underwriting an collateral transfer project . . ( company providing stocks and insurance as collateral for our company )
270k for the hiring of 5 salespeople for the student loan business and hiring of 4 other personnel .
xxxxk for the purchase of two publicly traded shells ( we plan to conduct two reverse mergers )
450k for legal and accounting of the trading shells , ( we will need audited financials so these cost may rise .
900k for reserve fund and operaional cost ..
These are estimated cost .
