3 years as a volunteer computer technician for a non-profit organization -
4 years in a computer Engineering.
2 years as a student worker repairing pcs in the college I went to.
5 years as the Manager of Information Technology for my current employer.
If you have a computer you believe is beyond repair, bring it to me and I will see if it can be fixed. I can remove viruses in less than an hour. Sometimes less than 15 minutes.
If you just want to know what's wrong with your computer, but don't want it repaired.. it's 40. dollars
There are no hidden costs. My work is Guaranteed for up to 7 days. If your original problem reoccurs within a week of pick up, bring it back and I will fix it again for free.
If you need a part, I will tell you. You can choose to buy the part and if so, I will not charge anything extra to remove the old part and put the new part in. the cost will still be 25 dollars.
