we are in a 5bd 2bth house, your room is on top floor, shared bath, we are just down the road from the strip, about a mile, quiet neighborhood and quiet roommates, no pets, all guys 30's/40's, everyone here is low maintenance and self sufficient and respects each others space and privacy and keeps it quiet so we can rest when we need to.
You can come look at it anytime, all utilities are included, even all the movie channels, HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, The Movie Channel, Encore, Starz, etc.
this is quite a good deal.
and we are very close to the strip which is very convenient being in central las vegas.
So basically looking for a quiet low maintenance self sufficient person like us that needs a place.
Just a basic house with good location and tv and internet perks in a nice quiet house.
